Overview
Built for live traffic. This die-cast aluminium road stud withstands more than 30 tonnes of static load and keeps flashing for up to 15 days on a charge, with LEDs visible from over a kilometre. The anti-UV, anti-yellowing PC lens stays clear for years, and the whole unit is rated IP68 and -20°C to +75°C for highways in any climate.

Installation and operation
Bond or bolt the stud to the carriageway following standard road-marking practice; the low die-cast body is engineered to take repeated heavy-vehicle loads without damage. The panel charges the battery by day and the light control switches the LEDs on when ambient light falls to 400–500 lux. Flash mode gives fifteen days of operation per charge and is visible from more than a kilometre, while constant mode suits pedestrian areas and junctions.
