What warranty do you offer?
It varies by model; see each product's datasheet. The warranty term is stated on every product page and applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Standard products can be returned within 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide, door to door. Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country; your quotation states what is included and the expected lead time.
Can you do lighting calculations for my project?
Yes, free of charge. We prepare a lighting design with a 3D photometric simulation and road diagram based on the luminaire's photometric (IES) data, and recommend pole height and spacing. You can also try our online 3D planner. Final compliance sign-off remains with your project engineer.
Do the lights work in extreme weather?
It varies by model; see each product's datasheet. The IP rating and working temperature range are listed for each model. Tell us about snow, strong wind or extreme heat at your site and we will take it into account in the recommendation.
How does a quote work?
