Overview

This two sets double-sided unit flashes 120 times a minute with LEDs visible beyond 1000m, powered by a 10W solar panel and a 12V 7Ah lead acid battery for 72 hours of continuous backup. A photocell handles dusk-to-dawn switching.

Installation and operation
Mount the unit on a pole or barrier with the panel facing the sun and switch it on; the photocell handles dusk-to-dawn operation automatically. Red and blue LEDs at specified wavelengths deliver the colour signature associated with police and emergency presence, and the double-sided design covers approaching traffic from both directions. The 72-hour reserve covers extended cloudy periods at unattended sites.
